GENERAL DOG CARE
~8-10am breakfast + yard
~5-7pm dinner + yard
~yard once before bed (if this schedule doesnt work don’t worry they are very adaptable. we just try to go no more than 8 hours without a pee break and no more than 10 hours between feedings)
~water at all times
~treats any time!
~each dog can have up to 1 raw hide per day

if you’re not already staying over please make yourself comfortable and stay as long as you like. you’re welcome to use the TV, kitchen, whatever. the dogs will love to cuddle up with you on the couch and will delight in going outside as many times as you’ll let them.

PICARD
-all food is in white screw top tupperware. she gets one scoop (1/3 cup) for breakfast, and one scoop for dinner. use the grey maze bowl.

RIPLEY
- food is in the big Tupperware with black lid. she gets 1 1/2 cup for breakfast and another for dinner. the scoop inside is marked at the 1 1/2 cup line. use the black maze bowl.

** PLEASE READ! **
- ALL TRASH MUST BE ELEVATED. Picard will eat tampons, toilet paper, and any other paper products especially if they have body fluids. She can get blockage and might need surgery if she eats weird stuff :(

- DO NOT ALLOW THE DOGS INTO THE CHICKEN COOP/COMPOST. its not safe for chickens and consuming rotten compost can poison and kill them!!!!

- NO OTHER ANIMALS IN THE HOUSE! sorry :/ ripley is dog aggressive. she’s so nice to people though!

-DO NOT LET RIPLEY LEAVE THE HOUSE/YARD. Rip is hard to handle on a leash and has a bit of dog aggression so we do not recommend taking her for a walk unless you already have a strong bond with her, are very physically strong, and willing to navigate her away from other dogs.

-PICARD MIGHT BITE :( but only when new people enter the house unannounced. if you don’t know her crack the door open and say sweet nothings to her before entering. she’s never bitten outside of that scenario!

- POISONOUS FOODS: NO chocolate, grapes, alliums of any kinds (onions, garlic, scallion etc) no animal bones bc choking hazard.

- NO balls in the house. NO toys in the yard. Its okay if dogs want to chew sticks in the yard :)

- KEEP BASEMENT AND UPSTAIRS BEDROOM DOORS CLOSED. The basement has some poisonous stuff that can hurt them. If the bedroom doors are open the dogs will lay in the beds.
