SOFT CAKE is the artist moniker of Rachel Finelli, a self taught tattooer and freelance artist who has been tattooing casually since 2007, and working as a full time professional in Brooklyn, NY since 2017. Her work is illustrative and informal with a focus on botanicals. Buzzfeed, Allure/Vogue Japan, Victoria’s Secret, and Jam Jar Wines are a few names she’s collaborated with. Rach would love to do more illustrative work outside of the realm of tattooing, feel free to reach out!

Beyond tattooing Rach enjoys all manner of handcraft, cooking, biking, hugging her dog, video & other games, watering plants, touching dirt, and pondering the vastness of space. xoxo
